About the ASD Parent Support Group

Our meetings are specifically to network and meet with other parents of children on the Autism Spectrum.  The parents in our group come from all over Ventura County and are all dedicated to getting the best care and services for our children.  We share ideas, experiences, resources, and even a good laugh.

Attorney Kathy Greco will also be attending our meetings every other month for advice on specific problems with the school, regional center, and general advocacy questions.  The schedule, time, and location information is below.  Please join us!

PAUSE4kids annual Casino Night fundraiser for October 10, 2009, 6:00 PM to midnight at the Wood Ranch Country Club, 241 Country Club Drive, Simi Valley CA 93065. This has always been a gala event, and this year we promise to make it bigger and better than ever. The theme for this event will be "A High Stakes Halloween" - a celebration of Las Vegas' Hey-Day - The 1960s. Events include a costume contest, a silent auction and music provided by the musical world of " Custom Made" Band and Show!! Complete with costume changes, comedy skits, audience participation and great music!! Custom Made has performed all over the world, including Las Vegas, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Disney Land,Kuwait, AND IRAQ.

Pause4KIDS is a 501c(3) non-profit parent organization in Ventura County. P4K provides parent training and support groups throughout the year, and provides grant funding and for services for special needs children with the proceeds of our fund raising activities. All of our officers and directors are volunteers, and none of us receive compensation from P4K. Casino Night is one of our major fundraising activites for the year.
